Added functions to get the first image in a post/page and get the post/page excerpt in order to build meta and Facebook Open Graph tags dynamically.  Meta description and Facebook Open Graph tags now generated reliably and dynamically.  All can be disabled for easy integration with a third-party SEO plugin.  Theme is ready for more sharing features to be built into it for individual pages and posts for future versions.
